Infuse Your Spirit Combine a 1pt Chocolate Infusion Blend Packet with 375ml of vodka in The Drink Cart’s lidded infuser and infuse for 5-6 hours, strain, and reserve liquid for cocktails. (No need to refrigerate - infused spirits can be stored indefinitely at room temperature)

This mulled white wine offers a brighter and lighter alternative to its red counterpart. Sweet white wine mingles with lemon verbena, apple, pink peppercorn, and a hint of ginger, creating a lively warmth that sparkles with every sip. Ideal for gatherings, this mulled wine recipe is perfect to batch and share, bringing a twist of citrus-kissed sunshine to the table. And for a mocktail option, simply swap in apple juice or non-alcoholic wine for a low-octane version that’s every bit as festive.
STEP 1 - Mull Your Wine Combine 750ml of a sweet white wine with one (1) packet of 1pt Mulled White Blend in a saucepan over medium-low heat to warm (do not boil), mulling for 20-30 minutes. While mulling, add sugar or equivalent to taste as you go. Strain the 1pt blend and return mulled wine to saucepan over lowest heat for serving. (Mulled wine may be kept for a prolonged period in the fridge)
